Terms of Service
Last updated November 4, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Invoice Maker Android app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Invoice Maker is published by Mohamad Assaf, trading as a2zTech.co ("we", "us"), an individual trader based in Lebanon. Contact: a2ztech2026@gmail.com.
The service
Invoice Maker lets you create, manage, and share invoices, and track customers, products, stock, and payments. New accounts include a free trial of 5 invoices. Continued use beyond the trial requires an active yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock, purchased through Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through your Google Play account.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in the Google Play Store's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- A lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase that removes the trial limit permanently for that account.
- Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy and include any taxes Google collects on our behalf.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
Consumers in the European Union and similar regions
If you are a consumer in a region with mandatory consumer-protection rules, nothing in these terms limits those rights. Digital content and services start immediately when you purchase. By purchasing, you ask us to start performance right away and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may end once performance has begun, to the extent the law allows. Google Play also provides its own refund process.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at the contact above if you believe your account was accessed without authorization.
Your content
You own the invoices, customer records, product data, and business information you create in the app. We claim no rights to it. Because this data is stored on your device, you are responsible for backing it up (Settings, Export Data) if you want to keep it or move it to another device. Clearing a section in the app permanently removes its data from your device.
Accuracy of your documents
You are responsible for the content of the invoices you issue, including prices, taxes, stock levels, and legal or tax requirements in your country. The app does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invoice Maker for unlawful purposes, to issue fraudulent invoices, to attempt to circumvent the trial or billing system, or to interfere with the app's normal operation.
Intellectual property
The app itself, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed without permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Invoice Maker is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for business decisions made using data or documents generated by the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
You may stop using the app or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
